Soneva Secret Location
Soneva Secret is the only resort in the Haa Dhaalu Atoll, and is found on the remote island of Dhipparufushi at the westernmost tip of the Maldives. Soneva Secret 2024 can be reached via a scenic 75-minute seaplane flight from Velana International Airport in Malé, a 40-minute seaplane flight from Soneva Fushi in the Baa Atoll, a 30-minute seaplane flight from Soneva Jani in the Noonu Atoll, or a leisurely full-day cruise from both Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani onboard Soneva in Aqua.
Guests can also fly directly to Maafaru International Airport in the Noonu Atoll, which operates 24/7 and handles domestic and international flights and private charters, and is located a 25-minute seaplane flight from Soneva Secret 2024. Alternatively, guests can fly to Kulhudhuffushi Airport in the Haa Dhaalu Atoll and take a onehour speedboat ride to the resort.

The resort features 14 private overwater and island villas, including lagoon villas, accessible by boat, and the Maldives’ first floating villa. Each has its own private access to the pristine lagoon or white sand beach. The spacious 461 sqm (4,962 sqft) Overwater Hideaway features an expansive master bedroom on the ground floor, with an adjacent ensuite bathroom, toilet and dressing room.
A retractable roof over the master bedroom slides back at the touch of a button to reveal starry skies while the signature outdoor bathroom includes a sunken bathtub, shower and toilet. There’s also an adjoining children’s bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet.
Castaway Villa
The first of its kind in the Maldives, the 461 sqm (4,962 sqft) Castaway is an exceptional floating villa and offers the ultimate in overwater living. Spread across two floors, this exclusive villa is only accessible by sea and has been consciously designed to be unaffected by wave movements and can only be accessed by sea. Beach Hideaway
Spread over two floors, the 448 sqm (4,822 sqft) private Beach Hideaway is just steps from the sparkling waters of the lagoon. The master bedroom features a retractable roof for stargazing and spacious outdoor bathroom with a sunken bath, enclosed toilet, indoor and outdoor showers, and dedicated dressing area. A fully equipped gym and an adjoining children’s room with ensuite shower room and toilet are also situated at the back of the villa.
