Aman Rosa Alpina Location

The Grill
Serving fresh, seasonal plates, The Grill is an atmospheric restaurant with a live grill offering a refreshing take on local dishes presented family style. Alongside the main menu, artisanal pizzas are available for lunch and dinner, together with an extensive international wine list to whet the palate. The outdoor terrace facing the village comes with views of San Cassiano church and the surrounding natural landscape. Private dining options are also available during the summer months.
Il Salotto
Open daily from 10am until midnight, Il Salotto is a charming alpine lounge space offering a concise all-day menu and an array of refined hot and cold beverages, as well as tea and hot organic infusions. The outdoor terrace and Winter Garden, set opposite the hotel’s forest garden, is the perfect setting for alfresco refreshments. Come evening, the space transforms into a piano bar for soothing night escapades.
Heritage Room
Slow mornings unfold in the Heritage Room, accompanied by fresh coffee and home-baked comforts. Open daily from 7-10.30am, it offers a refined international breakfast, including freshly baked bread,

Opening in Winter 2025/26, Akari provides an elegant setting for guests to enjoy authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu dining. Offering a multi-course tasting menu that includes swirling premium cuts
