Where is Amandayan?
Amandayan lies on a hillside above the Old Town in Lijiang, China. Its location provides easy access to the winding lanes, bridges and houses of Old Town, as well as Baisha, Shuhe and Baoshan Stone Village.
Amandayan is 30km from Lijiang Sanyi International Airport (LJG). Car transfers take approximately 40-50 minutes each way.

Courtyard Suite
At 72 square metres, Amandayan's Courtyard Suites come with a King-sized bed, with courtyard views. The comfortable living areas and spacious bathrooms make it ideal for couples seeking an elegant retreat. Free-standing baths offer a relaxing place to unwind, while the personal bar and sound system create an intimate atmosphere.
Deluxe Suite
Amandayan's Deluxe Suites are identical in size to Courtyard Suites, and come with a shared large terrace. The king-sized bedrooms with separate living areas providing a calming space to escape following a day of exploration. The large shared terraces frame views of Lijiang Old Town on one side of Lion Hill or New Town.

The Amandayan Villa stands at 440 square metres, and its 2 bedrooms and expansive living area offer exceptional views of Lijiang. The accompanying large living room, dining room and kitchen makes the Amandayan Villa perfect for smaller groups.

Open for lunch and dinner, Man Yi Xuan serves authentic Yunnan and Western-style cuisine, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
The Lounge
The Lounge at Amandayan opens daily for breakfast. Diners can choose from Western and Chinese à la carte menus featuring seasonal produce and local snacks.
The Tea House
Amandayan's Tea House serves traditional Chinese and Western tea sets with savouries, cakes and pastries, in both indoor and outdoor settings. Both settings offer sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, including Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
When night falls, the Bar comes alive with live music that perfectly complements handcrafted cocktails and fine wines.
Spa and Wellness
Amandayan's Aman Spa is set around a central 20m outdoor, heated spa swimming pool. An expansive terrace surrounds the pool, accompanied with sun loungers.
The Aman Spa is housed in wooden pavilions, offering extensive hydrotherapy and fitness facilities as well as serene treatment rooms. The Spa’s menu draws on the wisdom of local healing traditions and China’s wealth of medicinal herbs.
For the fitness gurus, the gym at Amandayan comes with Technogym equipment (including Kinesis). There is also a pilates/yoga studio equipped with reformers.
