Villas
These treehouse villas encapsulate the ultimate Seychelles experience and are perched on stilts on the jungle hillside or nestled amidst greenery, just steps from the white - sand beach. There are 4 different villas option at Four Seasons Seychelles, all of which are sized at 186 sqm and offers the same facilities and layout:
Bathroom with an external view facing tub, double vanities and a separate rain shower
Bedroom in various king/queen bed configurations, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that open up fully and connects to the external verandah.
Verandah with a private infinity plunge pool, outdoor shower, daybeds and additional seating areas

Serenity Villa
Location: Located on the hill, in the upper section of the resort
Occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child in a king-bedded room
Views: Prime views of the Indian Ocean and tropical forest. Serenity Villas offer the most beautiful views in the Resort, along with an unprecedented sense of privacy.
This villa is suited for couples seeking privacy amidst the best views of the Indian Ocean and location with the resort.
Hilltop Ocean-View Villa
Location: Located on the hill, in the upper section of the resort
Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child in king-bedded room OR 2 adults and 2 children in queen-bedded room
Views: Indian Ocean
This villa is suited for families with its larger occupancy and also offers an amazing view of the Indian Ocean.
Ocean-View Villa
Location: In the middle section of the Resort, along the pathway parallel to the shoreline below
Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child in king-bedded room OR 2 adults and 2 children in queen-bedded room
Views: Partial Indian Ocean and lush tropical foliage
This villa is suited for couples/families seeking both ocean views and a tropical living experience.
Garden-View Villa
Location: In the lower section of the Resort, along the pathway parallel to the shoreline below
Occupancy: 3 adults in king-bedded room OR 2 adults and 1 child in queen-bedded room
Views: Resort's natural wetlands and lush tropical foliage
This villa is ideal for families as they are located on a lower elevation, just steps from the shoreline and are also the most accessible villas as it is located closest to restaurants.
Suites
Suites are ideal for families and groups of friends or couples looking for an abundance of space, going beyond their one-bedroom villas by including a separate living room and two or three bedrooms – giving the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Suites are located within the main body of the Resort, keeping you close to the beach, bars, restaurants and spa.
Two-Bedroom Presidential Suite
Located in the lower section of the resort and near the beach, this 734 sqm Presidential Suite enjoys has views of the Indian Ocean and tropical forest.
This suite comes with 2 bedrooms and can occupy 4 adults and 2 children, with the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed while the second bedroom comes with two queen beds; both bedroom also comes with an additional daybed and has its own ensuite bathroom linked to an outdoor shower.
An expansive central living and dining area features plenty of relaxation and lounge spots, a communal dining room and a pantry. Right outside this living area is your outdoor terrace and pool deck that has a private infinity pool, whirl pool, daybeds and plenty of lounging spots.
Two-Bedroom Ocean-View Suite
Located on the hill, high above the resort, greet each morning from your 542 sqm Ocean-View Suite with unforgettable sweeping views of the turquoise waters of Petite Anse.
Each of the suite's two bedrooms is housed within its own pavilion and can occupy a grand total of 4 adults and 2 children, with the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed while the second bedroom comes with two queen beds; both bedroom also comes with an additional daybed and has its own ensuite bathroom linked to an outdoor shower.
Separating the two pavilion is a private pool and deck where guests can come together for a swim or toast the sunset as often as you can choose. On the second level, there is a living room terrace with a living and dining area, equipped with a pantry.
Three Bedroom Beach Suite
The only suite with direct private access to the beach, this 859 sqm Three-Bedroom Beach Suite is located near the beach, in the lower section of the resort and enjoys the view of the Indian Ocean, Petite Anse beach and tropical forest.
Comprising of four separate pavilions, the central pavilion on the lower level consists of a family and study room that faces the outdoor verandah and infinity pool.
Right outside the central pavilion is your outdoor verandah that comes with an infinity pool, whirlpool, multiple lounge areas and an al-fresco dining area. On the upper level, is the main living and dining area that comes complete with a pantry and an outdoor terrace.
On the lower level, there are 3 separate bedrooms that come with a king-sized bed and a separate daybed, allowing for a total occupancy of 6 adults and 4 children. Right outside your bedroom is also an adjoining outdoor terrace with its own seating area. All bedrooms come with their own ensuite bath connected to their own outdoor shower.
Residence Villas
Much grander in scale, Residence Villas are impressive for larger groups and lavish entertaining. Home designs feature a variety of indoor and outdoor living areas, a complete kitchen and three to six bedrooms.
