The airy buildings of Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru each adhere to regional styles – from the 45-degree pitch of the high thatched roofs to the use of coral walls. To do so, Four Seasons received approval from the Maldivian Government to recycle the coral used from a redevelopment project and painstakingly revived the ancient Maldivian building techniques on the external walls of the villas.
Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru Location
After landing at Male International Airport (MLE), your journey to Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru continues with a 35-minute seaplane flight, giving you a spectacular view of the crystalline waters, remote islands and the two-kilometre lagoon.
The only resort with a Olympic-size pool in the Maldives, get your swim in at this beautiful 50m-infinity pool with swim-up bar and sundeck. Enjoy complimentary pool service that includes chilled, towels, iced water, Evian spritz and frozen fruit.
One kilometre of white sandy beach can be found on the island’s northern and southern shores, ending in long sand-spits on both the eastern and western tips. On the western side, the lagoon extends two kilometres. The beaches are served by the Resort’s Paddleboat Waiters, who encircle the island equipped with chilled refreshments, ready to deliver to guests as soon as they beckon.

Sunset/Sunrise Water Villa with Pool
The 90 sqm Water Villa with Pool was nearly launched on Nov 2019, that is stilted over the lagoon with large decked outdoor living space, lounging nets suspended over the lagoon and sea-gazing loft.
There are two options: Take in beautiful sunrises from your Sunrise Water Villa’s many vantage points, or take in the Kaleidoscopic sunsets with the west-facing infinity-pool villas.
Bask in the beautiful view from your king bed, overwater nets, sea-gazing loft and ocean-edge infinity pool.
Fall in love with your water world complete with al fresco shower garden and steps directly into the sea.
Sunrise/Sunset Family Water Villa with Pool
Take in stunning sunrises as you lounge in your 112sqm Villa on overwater nets, private pool or from high in your sea-gazing loft.
With a spacious bedroom, a living area, a separate study with a double bed, and steps that lead directly into the sea, these east-facing villas immerse you in the sweeping serenity of lagoon living.

Walk off the beach and through a turquoise gate to come home to your walled Beach Villa, where a private lap pool flanked by a cushioned daybed, an open-air living and dining pavilion, and an island-style bedroom sit surrounded by tropical foliage.
At 137sqm, this villa occupies 3 adults and comes with beautiful views of the beach and Maldives sea. Enjoy private beach access, a 12m-lap pool, extensive private garden and outdoor, sand-floor living pavilion with seagazing loft accessible via a spiral staircase.

This is as close to living on the beach as it gets. Just steps from the crystal lagoon, this family-friendly 164 sqm Beach Villa features a sprawling bedroom and sitting area, a separate study with two twin beds and a sand-floor, living and dining pavilion that stretches out to a private lap pool and sundeck.

On Landaa’s western tip, overlooking the lagoon, Blu serves contemporary Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner. White interiors contrast with the blues of the surrounding sky, ocean and lagoon.
A ‘sunset’ swimming pool separates the restaurant and sand-floor bar (open all day).
Blu Beach Club
A new all-day hang-out with three dining concepts, expanded al fresco decks, optic-fibre-lit ‘constellation’ pool, a tree-top dining experience, and private cabanas, Blu Beach Club is a lifestyle destination. Enjoy contemporary Italian at the new pizza bar and a menu of crudos, tartares, ceviches and expertly prepared antipasti at lunch time, and elegant dining in the evening.
Al Barakat
Named for the North African scholar who made the Baa Atoll his home in the 12th century, our overwater restaurant offers stylish, indoor and outdoor-rooftop seating for you to sample the flavours of Lebanon, Morocco and Armenia.
Try out their signature Lebanese Feast and Albarakat Moroccan Feast.
Perched over the lagoon on Al Barakat’s lower level, this pre-dinner hot spot Shisha Bar is open to the sea, with curtained sofas and ornate lanterns that set an atmospheric mood for cocktails or Turkish coffee and shisha.

The Resort’s PADI Five-Star IDC Dive Centre is located within steps of the warm, fish-filled lagoon. It offers the full spectrum of PADI courses: from the Seal Team programme of AquaMissions for children aged 8 and above, through to Master Scuba Diver, the highest nonprofessional ranking in the PADI system.
Landaa Giraavaru’s isolated location in the remote Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve places guests in close proximity to many virgin dive sites, including over 30 unspoilt coral gardens. It is also just a short boat ride from renowned manta ray and whale shark hotspots like Hanifaru Bay, Bathalaa island and Veyofushi Reef (June to Dec).
Water Sports Centre
Complimentary non-motorised activities include catamaran sailing, single sails, windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling; motorised activities such as Seabobs (jet-driven water rockets), waterskiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, jet-skiing, fun tubes, plus kite surfing, sailing and windsurfing lessons are available at a fee.
Kids Club
The Kuda Velaa (‘Little Turtle’) Kids Club has its own pool and garden with play equipment and wooden pirate adventure ship. It also runs the ‘Passport to Adventure’ programme, which offers children aged 4-12 up to eight daily activities alongside a ‘Passport’ of puzzles and challenges
